With a park-like feel, the huge shady yard including cottonwood, oak and pecan trees offers so much space & room to hang out. Featuring a large covered patio for eating, rocking, and grilling. Plus large boat dock for fishing, sun bathing & swimming access. *Less than 2 miles to Lake Brownwood State Park Outside: Large shaded grassy yard, Cornhole, gas grill & smoker, lots of seating, large boat dock for fishing, sunbathing & swimming. Inside: Recently updated kitchen and 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, eat in kitchen and dining space. 2 Smart TVs, games, & books House Rules: No Pets Allowed. If we have evidence of pets, we will charge a fee of $500/per pet PLUS any possible damage or extra cleaning fee that occurs. The fee will be required to be paid to stay or you must leave premises without refund. Guest access You will have access to the boat dock for sun bathing and floating! Bring your boat and tie up to our dock. Dock includes large floating lilypad mat. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking. No parties or large gatherings. Security camera on outside.
