The space REDROCK RIVER VILLA features 2 Primary Bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms and a king size rattan bed, and a detached western style guesthouse with loft. One of the primary suites has a huge shower that leads to the outdoor patio, spa and river. The 2nd primary suite has a king size rattan bed, shower/tub combination bathroom and is a kids heaven with three tier bunk bed, perfect for a family. The western style guesthouse has a king size rattan bed and a climb-up loft with queen size mattress for kids only, a full bathroom with rock tiled shower, a sitting/dining area with a 65" LG TV and a Brazilian Leather Couch, mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. The main house gourmet kitchen is open to a huge hand crafted 108 inch table which seats 10 or dine under the stars on the large patio overlooking the river, manicured gardens and lawn stretching to the river. A large charcoal Weber grill is awaiting for you practice your grilling skills. The riverfront patio offers an outside shower, lounge area, spa and dining table. Smart TVs are in every room and of course we have free WIFI. This REDROCK RIVER VILLA offers easy WALK-IN RIVER access for older guests and young children. A short 2-mile drive takes you to the town of Three Rivers where you can visit our local brewery, grab a brew at the coffee shop, enjoy a selection of local restaurants by the river, and stroll through the local boutiques and museum. We are in a neighborhood well suited for walking or biking. Bring your bikes, lots of room in the garage. The house is across the street from a horse pasture. The Three Rivers community hosts multiple festivals and large events throughout the year and fast access to Sequoia National Park, land of the Giant Sequoia Trees and home to the General Sherman Tree, Morro Rock and Crystal Cave. Over 850 miles of hiking trails guarantee that your desire to be in with nature. Local lands such as the Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management offer mountain bike or hiking trails just minutes from the house. Bring your bikes. Lake Kaweah is a easy 10 minute drive from the Villa. Lake Kaweah offers patio boat rentals, jet skiing, etc. You can also enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, kayaking, or just simply swimming in the river fed lake. Other things to note Please note that AT&T and Verizon are the only cell service providers that work in the town of Three Rivers. For the best possible experience, we provide striped spa/beach towels for outdoor use. Please use white towels indoors only. Inner tubes & floating devices are not included, bring your family's favorite beach toys. Please no glass in the spa or river. Children must be accompanied while using spa or river. *Please note we do not offer refunds for weather conditions, park closures, fires, Provider Internet or phone issues or changes in your itinerary. *We are welcome your dogs, no more than 2 total, $100 pet fee will be charged for each pet. We love cats, but we are allergic, so sorry NO cats. *We can host 11 guests max. Children under the age of 2 should not be included in the total guest count. If you have more than amount of guests you booked for on the property, you will be asked to leave without a refund. We are serious about abiding by county regulations and infrastructure limitations. *No smoking of any kind allowed inside, $500+ fee will be charged if odor is detected at the home. Smoking is fine outside, please do not litter. NO fireworks at any time! Cleaning Protocol: - All surfaces are cleaned with bleach and/or disinfectant cleaner. - Housekeepers are provided with gloves, masks, and wash hands thoroughly before & after each cleaning. - Disinfect high-contact surfaces such as remotes, light switches, doorknobs, handles, etc. - All linens and towels are washed in hot water with bleach and dried at the highest setting. - We provide hand sanitizer, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, surface spray and/or wipes for guests.
