Our property is centrally located : 2 minutes to Publix 5 minutes to Starbucks 12 minutes to the stadium 40 minutes to Ginnie Springs 10 minutes to I-75 Our house is located in NW Gainesville, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a master bedroom (with king sized mattress) and two guest bedrooms (one king and one queen sized mattress). The living room boasts a 72" 4K TV and the fastest internet package available by our cable service. You'll have access to the entire house and backyard pool area. I do not live at the property, but I live in town so I'm only a phone call away if needed. Upon guest request, we also have a child travel kit which includes high chair, pack and play crib, children books, and child safe dinnerware. Please ask us before arriving if needed.
