A large open space with a cathedral ceiling makes it easy for a large family to spend time together includes the gas fireplace, living room, kitchen, a kitchen bar/counter and kitchen table. Our separate dining room seats 8 comfortably at a Teak dining table. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing family meals. The upstairs bedroom with a bunk bed with a twin and full sized mattresses and a pull out trundle bed and a TV create a fun space for the kids.. Guest access Guests are free to use the entire home with the exception of the attic, the crawl space, the shed and a single closet used to store housekeeping supplies. Feel free to dock your boat at our house (4ft MLW). Other things to note The river is perfect for kayaking and swimming because it has no boat through traffic since it narrows to a creek a little past our place. - Sonos speakers give great sound to the space (just airplay to them) - Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom have TiVo with HBO, ESPN, local channels - A good selection of games and books - Coffee: Keurig and drip with a few servings of regular and decaf coffee, tea - Personal hygiene items in each bathroom (Shampoo, soap, shaving kits, tooth brush, toothpaste, lotion) - Restaurants and shopping are 10-15 minutes from the house, rural without the long drive! - EV charging via a 50 amp, NEMA-50 RV outlet at the corner of the garage - Boating: The pier can accommodate power boats that require four feet or less water level and has electric power. There are many restaurants within a 15 minute boat ride. The boat ramp on Crane's Landing Road is a 5 minute drive and a 20 minute boat ride from the house. Love to cook?
