There are 2 coffee tables that are on rollers with storage and can be adjusted for working and varied height use. There is also a massage chair with an ottoman for lounging. There is a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with light strips and HueLiv accent smart lighting. The bedroom has an adjustable Tempurpedic zero-gravity frame with massage features and night-light with a super comfortable Casper mattress on top. The bedroom also has a 43 inch Samsung Smart TV. The kitchen is updated with Stainless Steel appliances including gas burners and a stove. The dining area has comfortable chairs and a comfortable lounge bench that can be used for multi-use seating. The unit has been redone with dimmable lighting throughout. There is Gigablast Cox wifi for all your working, gaming, and internet needs. There is a large stacked washer-dryer in the walk-in closet. There are smart accent table lamps with additional power outlets and USB-A ports in the living room and bedroom areas. *Important: Though our smart TVs have streaming apps installed (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime), guests would need to log in with their own credentials. Please remember to logout of the apps at checkout. IMPORTANT NOTICE: The community operates on a central chiller/cooling system with individual air handlers in each unit. Depending on the season, units will have either AC or heat, but not both simultaneously. The building management determines when to switch between heating and cooling. Starting 02/02/2026, the building management has switched the settings from heat to cool mode. This is until further notice. There are space heaters in the living room Registration #: 2024214 Guest access You will have access to the common areas including the large, deep pool and poolside seating and lounge chairs. There are also grassy areas in the main courtyard as well. Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages. kindly use your own account credentials for streaming services such as Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. AC usage: To ensure the air conditioning system functions properly during your stay, please avoid setting the temperature below 72 degrees. Setting it too low can cause the coils to freeze, which may lead to a temporary loss of cooling. Keeping the thermostat at a moderate level will help maintain a comfortable environment throughout your visit. HVAC visit due to coil freezing because of setting the temperature too low will be charged to the guest. Other things to note Your experience is our top priority with our keyless self check-in. You will be assigned a unique code which will only be active during your stay. We are available 24/7 through Airbnb messaging, as well as by phone, to address all your needs before, during and after your stay! - NO smoking, no littering cigarette butts, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on property including apartment complex.
