Spacious private yard, cruiser bicycles to explore this quaint, bustling, historic North Fork town....Walk to main street restaurants, Shoppes, waterfront, lively bars, taverns, and our acclaimed carousel, park. your vacation will make lasting memories....... This lovely new home was built in 2021. All characteristics of this home are new and immaculately clean. Enjoy (2) covered porches and a private fenced backyard with lush sod and outdoor heated cedar enclosed shower. Our kitchen boasts granite countertops, and stainless appliances with all utensils and anything you may require and expect to see in a kitchen. Of course there is a gas barbecue in the yard for clam bakes and cookouts! Three large bedrooms upstairs with central air conditioning and additional sleeping area in the mail level sitting room / office, with a locking door. (2) gorgeous bathrooms with state of the art decor and furnishings.....Please take a moment to view the photos, I think you will be pleasantly impressed. The Driveway runs deep alongside the house and can accommodate 3 vehicles comfortably, along with plenty of street parking in front of the house. Guests will receive an algorithmically generated private code which activates and expires according to their stay. I am the only other person who knows the code, and it will never be the same code for any other guest for your safety and security. please feel free to call me with questions or concerns......... I am always available The Village of Greenport is a bucolic quiet little village with friendly people. It has a typical Main street setting , with a railroad station and plenty of shoppes and restaurants.......but the best thing, in my opinion, is that it is set on a picturesque waterfront harbor at the end of the North Fork of Long Island where farms and wineries dot the landscape, making you feel as though you have come to a destination where things are simpler, the air is fresher, and where you can slow down and truly enjoy the now........ Getting around is easy. You are within walking distance from the beach, park, as well as the main area of town. If you wish to drive, there is ample parking in municipal lots behind the many stores and restaurants of Main street. There is a driveway that can easily accommodate 4 vehicles as well as street parking. Why not take one or two of our cruiser bicycles into town , or if you're feeling adventurous, take the tandem bicycle made for 2.......lots of fun!
