The space This lovely new home was built in 2021. All characteristics of this home are new and immaculately clean. Enjoy (2) covered porches and a private fenced backyard with lush sod and outdoor heated cedar enclosed shower. Our kitchen boasts granite countertops, and stainless appliances with all utensils and anything you may require and expect to see in a kitchen. Of course there is a gas barbecue in the yard for clam bakes and cookouts! Three large bedrooms upstairs with central air conditioning and additional sleeping area in the mail level sitting room / office, with a locking door. (2) gorgeous bathrooms with state of the art decor and furnishings.....Please take a moment to view the photos, I think you will be pleasantly impressed. The Driveway runs deep alongside the house and can accommodate 3 vehicles comfortably, along with plenty of street parking in front of the house. Guest access Guests will receive an algorithmically generated private code which activates and expires according to their stay. I am the only other person who knows the code, and it will never be the same code for any other guest for your safety and security. Other things to note To our Guests: You may notice an annoying fee in the payment details listed as "Resort Fee"....... The County of Suffolk has graciously imposed a "short term rental fee of 5.5% to all stays under 30 consecutive nights... We are regretfully mandated by the County to collect this Fee: In accordance with the Suffolk County hotel motel occupancy tax law (Chapter 523-9 of the Suffolk County Code) and the New York State law authorizing the occupancy tax (NYS Tax Law Section 1202-O), occupants of a rental facility (hotel, motel, B&B, tourist home) for 30 consecutive days or longer are considered “permanent residents” and are not subject to the 5.5% occupancy tax effective June 1, 2023.
