OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, Hot Tub, Pool, lounge chairs, propane BBQ grill (propane not provided), covered dining area, patio furniture, wood firepit (wood not provided). ***HEATED pool option available for long term guests only (over 30 days) at $50 a day KITCHEN: Fully equipped, coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, oven, spices. GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, keyless entry, washer/dryer, linens/towels, laundry detergent, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer. PARKING: Driveway (4-6 cars) with room for a boat. Guest access Access to everything except locked closet, garage and casita outside. Other things to note ***Basic Rules*** We require that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in their reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay as this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra guests not disclosed that are brought into the home may cause immediate cancellation of your stay OR a $50 extra charge per adult guest per night. There are outdoor cameras located front and back of the property for security and can be used to check occupancy and “quiet hours” compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras. If disconnected/tampered with, the contractual will terminate immediately with no refunds). There is also a camera aimed at pool/spa equipment to ensure that the equipment is being used properly and is turned off after use. City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. City law enforcement in the area keeps track of any excessively loud noises in the area. No excessive noise should happen during that time please. Please no pets allowed on property (No exceptions). Must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. Due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 25. Please keep in mind that this house is our personal home - not a hotel. We enjoy sharing our home with others who are respectful and considerate. We try our best to provide our guests with an ideal visit with us. If there is something you might like or if you have any suggestions, please let us know! *For those long-term guests interested in the $50 extra daily charge for *HEATED POOL* $50 daily rate for entire duration of stay minus first and last days.
