PROPERTY Location and ACCESSIBILITY: The private cabin is 9 miles to Mountain View and about 15-20 to most attractions that draws thousands here year round. There are 100+ cabins in this valley with full and part time residents. From this privileged position you can see almost none of them. It is mostly paved all the way to the property with the last half mile dirt/gravel. The driveway and parking area can fit about 3-4 vehicles - with some jockeying around. ABOUT Us, The Booking Process And FEES: We are Ivy Vacations Llc, a professional vacation rental management company. We are readily found in a search. Taxes and clean/supply fees are always required as is a processing fee that varies depending on who you are booking through. We've lowered the down payment to reserve from 50% to 15%. It Is Non-Refundable. 2. If you need to change your reservation due to Covid related government mandates, we will apply your monies paid towards future reservation good for 12 months from booking date. 3.
