Entire Home w/Views near Grand Canyon West

Relax in this new 3beds, 2 baths home with a beautiful panoramic view of the Grand Wash Cliffs and the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. A cozy den is also a perfect space for games, reading, or just chilling out. The house is located in the foothills area and is about 5 minutes from restaurants and shops. We are about 40 mins scenic drive to the Grand Canyon West and Skywalk and 2 hours from Las Vegas. Our guests also enjoy spending an extra day visiting Hoover Dam, South Cove, and Lake Mead. The space The master bedroom has a Beautyrest King bed and a double sink master bath with a tub. The guest bedrooms share a bath with a Beautyrest and Tempur Pedic Queen beds. All bedrooms have luggage racks. The kitchen has everything you need, including a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, a toaster, a microwave, and a blender. The patios in front and back of the house are perfect for enjoying the sunset and watching the Grand Wash Cliffs turn magnificent pink in the evening. Also, stargazing at night is fantastic! Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy (except the staff (pantry size) room). Other things to note Meadview is a small town with a mini-market and a Family Dollar store. If you plan to cook, stock up on fresh vegetables, meats, snacks, and drinking water from Kingman or Las Vegas. If you are on full vacation mode and don’t feel like cooking, check out restaurants and a bar in town. Grab a bag of ice at Family Dollar or Gas -N-Grub on your way in if you'd like to have ice with your drinks. Our fridge does not have an ice maker. We have a few ice cube trays available in the freezer. Expect hot days and cold nights, and sometimes it gets windy, bring appropriate clothing and a sleep mask if you’d like to sleep in. The sun is up early in summer!
