Heated pool is in the building!Roku TV's. This newly updated beach condo( beach theme furnished ) is just 10-12 minutes walk- 0.6 miles to the beach. There is 1 assigned parking spot for your use. Leaving room is spacious and includes two sofa beds ( one is a full sleeper bed, sleeps two), dinning table for four, two bar chairs, SmartTV ( Roku stick) with Spectrum Cable and high speed WIFI. There is a small work table with the chair as well. Kitchen has a beautiful granite top and it is completely equipped with all you need to cook a delicious meal. There is a coffee maker and bread toaster as well. The bedroom is newly furnished and has white queen bed set( 1 night stand and tall dresser and large closet. Bedroom has a Roku Tv as well! We provide high quality linen and towels,iron, board and a hear dryer. For the beach we provide beach chairs, umbrella, cooler etc. You will enjoy this beautiful and comfortable beach condo! Guests can access the unit! Guests can access pool area, shared spaces, laundry room-bring your coins, assigned table outside the unit.
