It also has a fully equipped kitchen including a four-burner gas stovetop, oven, microwave and fridge along with pots and pans and cooking utensils. The bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony/patio, a separate jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, and two separate vanities. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation rental unit with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. Your vacation rental unit will be professionally cleaned and ready for you to enjoy with an initial set up of items including shampoo, soaps, towels, and linens. In warmer weather you can also enjoy the onsite tennis court, life-size chess and shuffleboard games, a beautiful carousel, as well as an onsite mini golf course. Other things to note -We have a strict no smoking policy. -You will receive check-in instructions prior to 4pm on the date of your arrival. Please do not enter the unit early without permission to allow the cleaners to fully prepare your room. -We strive to ensure your unit is cleaned to your satisfaction. If there are any items needing attention, you must report to your host within 2 hours of arrival, and we will make good faith efforts to correct any reported item as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
