This home is ideally located and can accommodate a large family or group. Guest access Entire home excluding the basement due to damage from previous guests. Guests are allowed to use the washer and dryer in the basement but no congregating or social events in the basement. Other things to note We are no longer allowing pets due to damage to the property, including emotional support animals (ESA's) which are not a protected class under our state law. We love pets, but sadly, this privilege has been abused by past guests. Additionally, our house rules are in place to make the house a safe and enjoyable environment for current and future guests. Any blatant violations of the aforementioned rules (Smoking, pets, ESA animals, etc.) will incur a fee of $500 in addition to the loss of the security deposit and any additional cleaning costs or replacement costs to property.
