The house sleeps a max of four (4) people, featuring sought-after amenities, including a deck, kayaks, and outdoor seating (weather permitted). The space Free WiFi, washer & dryer, elevated waterfront deck, patio, water frontage, private dock, floating dock, two kayaks, a knee board, a canoe, a paddleboard, life vests, fire pit (weather permitted based on fire department's guidance/ firewood not provided), closed-in shed, and more! Indoors the house has two floors of living space, kitchen, one bathroom, an open concept dining room and living room with a Smart TV, two mini-split units that produce air conditioning and heat, a beautiful sunroom with lake views, one bedroom, and a loft. The house is fully equipped with cooking basics, a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, dishware/flatware (no dishwasher), spices, linens, towels, detergent, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer, hangers, trash bags, paper towels, numerous parking spots. The house has two doorbell exterior security cameras (front & side door), and rear-facing security camera for security purposes. Note: This full-time residence is grandfathered for use as a short-term rental per Article III.U.4 of Epsom's Zoning Ordinance. Other things to note Outside Firepit Hanging Lights: to turn them on/off the line mustbe powered. Ensure the switch unside the house is on (next to the swing chair). Then, check the backside of the light post (the one with the signs) and press the both buttons. The buttons are eye leveled. Fall/Winter Time: 1) We left a shovel and ice melter, if needed. Be careful, it can be icy. 2) If you want to use the BBQ, let us know so we can remove it from storage. 3) We recommend you do not walk on the frozen pond, since it is impossible to predict the ice thickness. 4) Please be water conscious. 5) The fire pit could be used only according Epsom's fire department's guidance. You can check the daily status with them directly via phone.
