Other things to note PARKING The driveway can accommodate up to four normal-sized vehicles. Due to a stone wall, there is not enough room for large moving trucks, RVs, campers, or trailers to turn into the driveway. On-road parking is prohibited. YARD MAINTENANCE To keep the yard looking its best, our lawn service visits weekly during the mowing season (typically Mondays/Tuesdays, but subject to change due to weather). We also have professional pest control services for the exterior only. No service providers will enter the home during your stay. SANITIZATION The health and well-being of our guests are paramount. We use a thorough cleaning and sanitization process after each check-out. NO PETS ALLOWED We love those little (and not-so-little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. NO SMOKING Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
