Not too far from Scottsdale, Talking Stick Casino, State Farm Stadium, Chase Field and 1.5 hrs to Sedona. Nearby are hiking trails, eateries & shopping plazas. Enjoy plush beds, fully stocked kitchen w/spices, dining sets, & cook/bakeware. Ample room everywhere to relax w/a game room w/ pool table, arcade machine, games, & more. Enjoy backyard with free heated pool & BBQ. The space There is a large living room area with 65 inch tv and a gas fireplace. The front sitting room with a tall ceiling has a cozy sofa and arm chairs for relaxing and socializing. The dining room has a long dining table with comfortable chairs and a bench great for hosting a formal or causal dinners. All furnishings are new and there are plenty of extra linen and pillows for a comfortable stay. There are a mix of extra pillows available including feather pillows, polyester, and plush down alternative. There is a new plush air mattress and a couch sleeper in the game room. *The backyard string lights have been removed due to neighborhood restrictions* Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home except for one locked closet on the first floor. This is our space for personal supplies and belongings and will be locked. There is a 2 car garage and laundry facilities on site. Park only on the driveway or in the garage. Parking on the street is prohibited by Tramonto HOA and they may issue a fine. Other things to note Parties and Events are strictly prohibited.
