It is less than 10 minutes to I-65. Easy drive from I-65 down paved roads and found at the dead end of a gravel drive. Plenty of parking for everyone. You feel peaceful and remote, while also being close to everything. There are approximately 90 stairs total from the top of the house down to the boat dock. Approximately half of those are to get down to the pool area.
