The space 🌿 Eco-Friendly Cottage with Character Our cottage is thoughtfully built using natural plasters made from local soil and stone, creating a unique, earthy aesthetic that blends beautifully with the surrounding landscape. Handcrafted furnishings made from reclaimed wood add warmth, charm, and an eco-conscious touch throughout the space. 🍽️ Cozy & Functional Kitchenette Small but mighty, our kitchenette is perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast or cooking a full meal after a day of adventure. With a 2-burner stove, microwave, small fridge, kettle, toaster and essential cookware, you have everything you need to keep it simple plus an outdoor cozy seating area. 📍 Centrally Located with Easy Access The property is centrally located, making it easy to explore nearby beaches, attractions, restaurants, and local experiences. Because of this convenient location, you may occasionally hear passing traffic, especially during the day — a small trade-off for being close to everything. 🏊‍♂️ Pool Area (Shared Space) Guests are welcome to enjoy our shared outdoor swimming pool. • Shallow end: 3 ft • Deep end: 7 ft ⚠️ Please note: The property was not designed with children (13 & under) in mind. There are no pool gates, barriers, or security features, and no lifeguard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. For everyone’s comfort and safety, guest interaction with the dogs is not permitted. As alert dogs, they may bark briefly when they notice activity, typically lasting a minute or two, then settle quickly. 🌴 Beach Access – Just 10 Minutes Away A beautiful white-sand private beach is only a 10-minute walk away and accessible exclusively to pass holders. For commercial use, photoshoots, or other activities, please contact us beforehand to discuss arrangements. 🌿 Natural Tropical Environment Our property is surrounded by lush tropical greenery, which is part of its natural charm. As with most open-air environments in the tropics, you may occasionally encounter ants, lizards, mosquitoes, flies, spiders, wasps etc. This is a normal part of the warm, humid climate and not uncommon in nature-rich settings. We take cleanliness seriously and regularly manage pest control to minimize their presence, but we appreciate guests who are comfortable with a truly tropical experience. We also have chickens housed in a secure enclosure on the property, including a rooster. As part of the natural island environment, you may hear them at times, particularly in the mornings.
