You will feel right at home in this cozy four bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome that sits on the water and has a boat dock for your boat or jet skis. There is plenty of space to sleep a large group and enjoy your time together, with 2 family rooms, a large kitchen, a TV/game room, and plenty of beds. You also have Wifi and quiet space to work. Convenient to many restaurants and shops. The space The townhome has 3 levels - kitchen, dining, and living room on the main, master and two guests rooms on the top floor, and a bedroom and living space in the basement. The master has a king size bed and a twin with a trundle. The other two upstairs bedrooms have a queen and king with a shared bathroom. The basement bedroom has two twins, and both have trundles. The section has a built-in sleeper sofa. There is an additional mattress in the master closet, just in case. Guest access All areas of our home is accessible. We ask that you please refrain from going into the utility room and the owner's closet in the basement.
