Enjoy beautiful sunsets with mountain views. There are four smart TVs across the home, including a 65” TV w/ YouTube TV/Netflix/Disney+. Our home comes with a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, purified water, coffee machine w/free pods. KITCHEN & DINING: A fully-equipped gourmet kitchen lined in granite countertop is sure to inspire your inner chef. Stainless appliances include a side-by-side fridge, a gas range, and a standalone hood. The huge island offers plenty of space for meal prep. In addition, there is a Keurig coffee machine with free coffee pods, and lots of dishes/bowels/utensils, etc. When it's time to eat, gather around the six-person dining table to share your home-cooked creations. Another dining table on the patio invites alfresco meals as well as extra countertop stool chairs serving additional people. BEDROOMS & BATHS: Three dreamy bedrooms accommodate up to six guests in this single-story retreat. The bedrooms are very spacious with two of them having luxury custom cabinetry built-ins. The master bedroom has a door to the pool area, a California king-size bed, a 55” flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool/patio. The second and third bedrooms have a queen-size bed each and one with a TV). Both bathrooms having been upgraded with the master bath being the standout with new walk-in shower, double vanity, and a huge closet. OUTDOOR AREAS: Find an extra-private sanctuary in your backyard, complete with a sparkling pool and spa. There's a suite of lounge chairs and umbrellas along the pool deck. Turn on the colorful pool lights at night. Six can gather at the dining table to enjoy a cookout. There's additional seating around the pool. The backyard has a impressive newer pebble-tech pool, with artificial turf for easy maintenance. The covered patio also has custom speakers, fans and is very spacious. Other things to note Parties Our Community Disturbance Policy applies, meaning no disruptive parties or excessive noise. However, small gatherings with family and friends - 12 people or less - are welcome with prior approval. PLEASE NOTE: Unauthorized parties that result in complaints from neighbors will results in a $1000 penalty. Guest List We require the names and ages of all guests for security, liability, and insurance purposes, and to comply with local regulations. This helps us plan sleeping arrangements, and potentially handle emergencies. Pets We welcome trained, well-behaved dogs under 50 lbs. A maximum of two pets are allowed per booking. Pets must be spayed or neutered, no puppies under 1 year, must be well behaved on leash, kept off furniture unless protective covers are used, and owners must agree to keep dogs on leash whenever they are outdoors. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A pet fee of $50 per pet per stay applies. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our outdoor spaces. Trash Trash cans are located on the side of the house and pickup is on Thursday mornings. Please take the trash cans out to the driveway on Wednesday evening so they can be picked up. Return the cans back to their location once empty. Parking Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles (two in the garage and two in the driveway). We do not allow street parking in the neighborhood. Grill/Fire Pit There is a propane grill at the outdoor patio. Please clean all the grill tools/ utensils and shut off the propane tanks when not in use for safety. Pool Pool cleaning is on Wednesdays. The pool cleaner has access to the backyard and will access the pool without disturbing guests as they sleep. Pool heating is OPTIONAL and only available for a 3-night stay minimum for $50/day. Please provide at least a 24 hr notice to allow enough time to get the pool heated. Smoking Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine for smoking inside or outside the home. Safety Guests will have direct access to an un-gated/unlocked in-ground swimming pool. Please keep an eye out on your kids if they are in or near the pool. WARNING: The pool DOES NOT include a 4-sided isolation fence so added supervision by guests is necessary. Property manager The property manager might visit and/or contact on a phone during your stay to welcome and check if everything is fine and/or when a policy violation occurs. Security cameras There are security cameras in front of house to keep track of maintenance and cleaners and deliveries and to ensure the safety and security of guests during their stay.
