2-Story Townhouse with King Size Bed

We invite you to our townhouse, which is attached to our other short-term rental townhome. Yes, we have two homes side by side. Both serve as short-term rentals. These residences are off of Capital Blvd, 10 minutes to downtown, 25 minutes to RDU, and minutes to other surrounding family-friendly activities and nightlife. We created an environment appealing to couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This townhome has one king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. The space Newly remodeled. Feels modern and comfortable. Guests have an elegant, open kitchen with new appliances, granite countertops, and cabinets. Everything you will need for your stay is at your disposal. There is a large living space with leather sofas and a huge 65-inch smart Roku TV. The sofa folds out to a queen bed. Recessed and pendant light fixtures accent this restful space. There is a dedicated workspace for business travelers. This space is not suitable for pets. The Master bedroom suite has king-size beds with pillow-top mattresses and a Samsung smart TV hanging on the wall. The second bedroom also has two queen-size sleigh beds and a Samsung smart TV hanging on the wall. You will find fresh linens and towels for each reservation, and there are two beautifully tiled bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet but close to restaurants, stores, and I-540 and I-440. Guests access the front door with a coded smart lock. If you need anything else, we are available to provide it or help you find it. We are easy to get along with and very approachable, and we will try to accommodate any reasonable request. Guest access We have a double-car driveway with room for up to four cars. Kitchen wares, including a Keurig coffee maker and a drip coffee maker, are available for guests. The entire home, Washer, and Dryer are available at no additional cost. Other things to note We do not permit smoking anywhere in the house, front porch, or deck. Smoking is only allowed 25 feet away from our front porch and back door. We will charge a $200 cleaning fee if we smell smoke. Littering is not permitted, including trash and cigarette butts. No other guests are allowed on the property between 11 pm and 7 am without prior agreement. This property is not suitable for pets. Our property also has exterior cameras for security purposes.
