The space GET TO KNOW OUR LOCATION: Our home is perfectly situated to explore the best of Albuquerque: -12 minutes to The University of New Mexico Hospital, 10 minutes to Presbyterian Hospital, and 10 minutes to Lovelace Medical Center making this home ideal for medical travelers. - 16 minutes to Kirtland AFB (Government Travel Card (GTC) accepted, GOV rates available. Please contact the host for more information). - Old Town is just an 8 minute drive, offering cultural attractions, museums, and vibrant Events. - Minutes to the Rio Grande river and several walking trails - Surrounded by local coffee shops, eateries and boutique stores in the North Valley area - The Sawmill Market is a quick 8 minute drive away and is a food hall like no other. It offers a diverse and delectable array of culinary experiences including craft beverages, local eateries, artisanal cuisine, and local events and entertainment. It is the perfect place for your social gatherings. - 14 minutes to Nob Hill district where you can enjoy local shopping, coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife. AMENITIES YOU’LL LOVE: - Newly updated 1-bedroom 1 bath home with 500 sq/ft of living space - Southwest modern decor - Fully Equipped and stocked kitchen including all major appliances, coffee maker, french press, and electric tea kettle - Remote workstation with high-speed internet (200 mbps) - String lit yard with 2 patio chairs and hammock - Doggie door-perfect for travelers with dogs - In unit washer and dryer for your use during your stay - Black out blinds ensuring you will have a restful night’s sleep with light filtering curtains to let all that natural light in during the day - Driveway parking for 1-2 vehicles depending on size (There is additional free street parking in front of the home if needed) - Digital guidebook with scannable QR code We want to ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable for both you and all future guests. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules prior to booking: 1. SMOKING / DRUG USE: - Smoking and drug use is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. If home smells like smoke following your departure, you may be subject to a $300 fee. 2. PARTIES AND EVENTS: - Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed on the property. Please be considerate of the neighbors. 3. CLEANING FEE: - In addition to the base cleaning fee, we will charge an additional $100 for 30 days stay or more. This covers the deep cleaning at the end of your stay. 4. PET FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATION: - Pet Fee: To cover the additional cleaning and maintenance for our pet-friendly units, a one-time pet fee of $50 will be charged for short stays, and a one-time pet fee of $250 will be charged for stays of 30 days or more. We understand that pets are an important part of many families, and we welcome well behaved and house-trained pets at our property. This fee helps us maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all our guests. PET RULES / GUIDELINES: - We accept dogs (2 dog maximum) and cats on a case-by-case basis. At the moment, we are unable to accommodate cats. - To prevent any potential damages, pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Please bring your pet’s own bedding or crate for their comfort. - Whenever possible, do not leave pets unattended in the home. - If you need any pet-related supplies during your stay, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. - Please pick up all the pet waste in the yard before checking out. 5. RESPECT OUR PROPERTY: - Please treat our property with care and respect. Damages or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges. 6. QUIET HOURS: - Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am. Please keep noise to a minimum between these times. FOLLOW US ON SOCIAL MEDIA: @thedunndwellings Guest access You have access to the entire home and its amenities including the outdoor space. Please make yourself at home. Other things to note 1. Locals, please contact hosts prior to booking. We accept Albuquerque residents on a case-by-case basis. 2. Our property undergoes quarterly preventative pest control treatments. However, despite our best efforts, it’s important to acknowledge that bugs are a part of life, and occasional sightings can occur at our property. We understand that even one unexpected encounter can be unsettling, but please be aware of this fact prior to booking. 3. We highly recommend that our guests purchase the travel insurance through Airbnb in case of last-minute cancellations. 4. There are two other units on the property. They all have separate indoor and outdoor spaces. All units are occupied by traveling medical professionals.
