The main floor air conditioner is in the kitchen, but to fully embrace the sea breeze, open up all the windows and doors to feel the fresh air circle through the home! On this main living level, you will find an airy Queen primary bedroom with access to the shared main floor bathroom with washer and dryer. Head upstairs to the newly updated bunk room with a queen and twin bed who share a half bath – don’t hesitate to open up the skylight for fresh air and sunlight! Heading down to the lower level, you will find a Queen suite with wet bar and a three-quarter bathroom! This room has a separate entrance and is perfect for two families or two couples who want to be together but have some privacy as well! Take advantage of your location and walk down to Cape Neddick Beach or Cape Neddick Lobster Pound for a day at the beach or a dinner with glorious views!
