General Items - SpaceX Starlink Internet! You wont find a faster or more reliable internet connection in Borrego Springs! Central A/C & heating with smart controls. The main entrance has a wifi enabled smart lock for ease of access for our guests. Kitchen - Fully equipped, cooking basics, dishware, pool cups, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee, tea, knife set, cooking bowls, colander, measuring cups, basic spices, oil, trash bags, paper towels. Living Room - 66" Roku TV with Apple Airplay. We have a large full sized framed map of Anza Borrego State Park in the entryway to help plan your trips. Pool - Our pool is 3.5ft deep which is perfect for wading, floating, or just for quickly cooling off. Unfortunately, we cannot heat our pool but the temperature generally stays above 80F May through September. We have a weekly pool service, but dirt and leaves can enter the pool especially if windy. We have a pool net available for guests to scoop out any unwanted debris. Hot Tub - Our newly added hot tub really makes for an amazing stargazing experience in the desert. We keep it heated year around for your enjoyment. ** At this time we do NOT have a safety gate around the pool, it is the guests responsibility to ensure that children are monitored at all times in the pool area. ** Backyard - We have a small wood burning chiminea, palo verde tree for morning shade, multiple native desert plants, and a decorative wall that allows for full privacy from neighbors when enjoying the pool area. Parking - The driveway holds up to 6 vehicles and we have RV/Trailer parking on the street. Extra Mattress - There is an extra full size trifold mattress stored in the bedroom closet, this may be used for 2 guests but you are responsible for bringing your own bedding for this mattress. Guest access Guess will have full access to the main house, breezeway area, backyard and front yard. The garage is closed off to guests.
