The space The unique floor plan makes this property ideal for two families who want to vacation together but wish to maintain some level of privacy. Each wing of the house includes two bedrooms that sleep 5-6 comfortably and a full bathroom (one with bathtub). The first floor master bedroom with bathroom and shower accommodates those with mobility issues. Families can gather around the fireplace and watch a movie in the living room, make a drink in the kitchen, or enjoy a meal in the dining room. Or as an added bonus - steal a moment with a good book in our kids' reading closet, challenge one another to a game of Pong on the Atari Table, venture outside and relax in the hot tub, or make memories around the fire pit. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire first and second floors. Garage and basement access will not be permitted. Other things to note The house is on well water so sometimes there is a sight sulfur smell to the water. This is normal and is still safe to drink
