Red Oar Cottage waterfront on Little Fairbank Lake

Red Oar Cottage is a relaxing quiet refuge on the waterfront at Little Fairbanks Lake. Bring your water toys or borrow our paddle board to enjoy the lake. Evenings by the fire with friends and family. 2 Bedrooms in the cottage and a cute 2 bed bunkie with a private deck for everyone. The cottage has access to Fairbanks Lake for boating and fishing and a quick drive to the provincial park for the beach. Sudbury is only 40 min away for a visit to Canada's Mining Capital. The space Cute open concept updated 2 bedroom cottage with a bunkie with private deck. Large dock on Little Fairbanks with chairs and shade umbrella. Rocky shoreline but deep enough to dive off end of dock. Calm lake for paddle board and swimming 2 paddle boards lots of life jackets and a canoe and kayak you can borrow. Boat launch across the channel for $20 and room for all your toys. Screened in sun room to relax without the mosquitoes. Large deck and bbq for those outdoor meals. Fire pit by the lake for smores. Newly installed AC on the main cottage for summer comfort and portable unit in the bunkie. Please note Bunkie is shut down in winter months from Dec 1-May 1 so this will limit to 4 guests at that time Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and bunkie except a small storage/utility room. Guests do not have access to the Shore Sauna due to safety regulations Other things to note There are lots of local walking trails and atv trails available- map on wall of cottage. Please respect neighbours as sounds travel at the Lake. Keep outdoor areas clean and garbage free- there are lots of wild animals. Be cautious with fires indoor and outdoor and note the cottage is no smoking inside and clean up outside. Deep enough to dive off the end of the dock, but rocky shoreline so be cautious with small children.
