This a rural suburban neighborhood and requires a car to get around, but the location is excellent -- just 25 minutes to downtown Santa Cruz or 35 minutes to Monterey. Other things to note To respect neighbours, we ask that our guests observe quiet time from 10pm to 8am. The property is under a noise ordinance. Cleaning crew follow cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Stay includes; all utilities, landscaping, washer/dryer use, private driveway parking for 2 cars, and plenty of off road parking. Full kitchen facilities for all your cooking needs Outdoor grill/utensils. Hot tub/outdoor shower For stays of 30 days or longer; additional cleaning fee will be charged. $400.00 per month for 2 cleanings. This fee includes; making beds, bathrooms, dusting, and vac/mopping floors. Not included; cleaning refrigerator, removal of garbage, changing of sheets, laundry service.
