In the vibrant Bearden Area, 5 miles from UT, 6 miles downtown, 45 minutes to the Smoky Mountains, and 1 hour from Dollywood. Enjoy the fire-pit, hot tub, king beds and huge screened-in porch before you hit downtown, or never leave and sink into the high quality beds. Family friendly, stocked kitchen and amenities galore. We are so happy you found us! The space Twin Fawn Cabin is cozy enough for a couple because of a main level master (if you don't go upstairs, the downstairs space is also fairly accessible to those with mobility concerns), but large enough for a group of 9 to sleep comfortably - everyone in a bed! The most important booking note we do not want people to miss is that the fourth bedroom and connected living space is detatched from the house, above the garage (there are THREE bedrooms in the main house). In the photos it is the space with an open concept loft, and has the BLUE couch. While there is a half bath in this space, there is no shower. You must walk across the driveway and into the garage through a separate coded door to access it. This space is new to the listing and is still awaiting a few safety upgrades like better stair rails. Please be cautious with children in this space. TVs in the living room and bedrooms with Rokus, allowing you to log into your personal apps (netflix, Hulu etc). Luxurious primary bathroom upstairs connects the primary bedroom to the bunk room. Kid-friendly bunk room with two beds and a trundle. It's adult-friendly too because of the memory foam toppers. Second bathroom downstairs has an additional private entrance to the second bedroom. Fully equipped Kitchen. Family games, toys, art supplies, and books. Large dining space for groups. New washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets. Jacuzzi tub Keurig with coffee and tea Guest access Guests have access to the whole cabin, garage loft space. Other things to note We provide a starter kit of amenities like toilet paper and paper towels and coffee. We don’t promise firewood because groups use various amounts. Once you’re settled it’s good to plan to make a trip to the store for these things that are beyond what we leave in the house- we do feel like we leave a generous starter amount.
