Step into a remarkably spacious and recently renovated 1925 residence that boasts a breathtaking lakefront vista. From the moment you arrive, you and your guests will feel a sense of serenity and calm within this truly distinctive and expansive home. Multitude of rooms waiting to be discovered. Enjoy dual game rooms or take in the stunning lake views on rooftop terrace. Conveniently situated in a vibrant community near an array of dining options, parks, and the Sebring Racetrack. You and your guests, big and small, old and young will love this home. Everyone will keep busy with all the great amenities like fishing, game rooms, BBQ & relaxing in any of the 2 large and very comfortable living rooms. All 3 bedrooms include premium comfortable mattresses. We also only provide the highest quality linens and bath towels. 1 King bed with plenty of storage and views of the lake 1 Queen size sofabed that includes an en suite and access to the rooftop terrace overlooking the lake and not one, but two large closets! 2 queen size beds with a walk-in closet and plenty of storage. The 2 full bathrooms are located on the 2nd floor 1-1/2 bath is located on the main floor. 2 living rooms areas on the main floor 2 game rooms are located in the home. One includes a life-size chess set and a connect four game that is located on the rooftop terrace. Washer and Dryer Galley Kitchen A huge dining room with a lazy Susan dining table. Surprise the kids and family with plenty of fun on the rooftop terrace that includes seating and a lifesize chess set & connect four with a great lake view. This home offers plenty of room to spread out but it is also large enough to come in and enjoy together. We hope our guests can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea in the beautiful galley kitchen or in any of our exterior dining & seating areas overlooking the beautiful Lake Lillian. This property is enforced by city ordinances not to exceed the maximum occupancy allowed. No more than 8 guests or visitors in total at all times. We reserve the right to terminate your stay with no refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 8. This includes visitors. Please feel free to message us with any questions about our home. We look forward to hosting you! You and your guests will have private access to the main house. We kindly ask that you please keep out of areas marked for employees only & the attic. Internet/WIFI service may have unforeseen interruptions or slow speeds. Refunds or cancellations will not be provided in the case of an interruption or change of speed in Internet/WIFI service. We try our best to answer messages promptly during normal hours. Any calls or messages after 9 pm will be answered first thing in the morning on the very next day. We give our guests 100% privacy. We are however available by text or phone for any questions or concerns during your stay. Please allow us a reasonable time for message responses or callbacks as we are either working or attending to other responsibilities. All communication must be done through the hosting portal. The home is located in a clean and quiet neighborhood. We have great neighbors and great views. Just a few minutes away from Main Street. Driving around is best way to see this great neighborhood. The long driveway can fit about 3 compact cars at once. There is plenty of space to park a boat and RV too. We have 2 properties on-site. The main house is used to host wonderful guests like you. The In-law's quarter, which is located outback (detached from the main home) is rented to a long-term tenant. Please do not disturb the tenant or our great neighbors. We have installed several exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and the property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video around the perimeter of our house. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. This property is located in a tropical climate zone. It is possible, but not likely, to see snakes, lizards, exotic reptiles, vermin, iguanas, raccoons, feral cats, alligators, non-native primates and other pets, wild animals as well as all kinds of bugs that are common in this type of climate. Per AirBnb's listing requirement, we are required to notify you of the possibility of encountering a dangerous animal on this property. We have a pest control service to deal with these creatures. If you come across any of them, you must contact us via AirBnB's Direct Message system immediately. We will work to take timely action to deal with anything that you may discover both inside our house and outside our property. Many of these creatures are free roaming. We do not have control of anything that occurs on neighboring properties and cannot be held liable for their maintenance of the same. We can't control the weather, traffic, neighbors, or anything unexpected. We have a strict no-refund policy. Please plan your trip accordingly. We leave plenty of cleaning supplies to avoid excessive cleaning fees. Any seasoning and other extra items in our pantries are complimentary to use but please do not take. You are welcome to use what you need. There will be an additional $ 75.00 cleaning fee if the grill or surrounding areas in or around the home are left excessively dirty. We provide free parking on the property. All guests must be comfortable with climbing stairs. There are railings on the stairs but no guards or gates on either floor. We frequently exterminate the interior and the exterior for termites, no see ums, mosquitos, and many Florida bugs some will still find a way in. We have lots of foliage and trees around the home. Please contact us immediately if you have any issues or concerns. We must be given the opportunity to enter the home and given ample time to arrive and correct any concerns or maintenance needed. The exterminator comes once a month and the landscapers come every other week. The water irrigation system is on a timer and could come on throughout the day depending on the season. It’s more frequent in the summer. Minors can not be left unattended in the home. 8 guest capacity at all times. No parties or large gatherings of any kind. No smoking inside the home. Please do not disturb the neighbors. This property is enforced by city ordinances not to exceed the maximum occupancy allowed. No more than 8 guests or visitors in total at all times. We reserve the right to terminate your stay with no refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy of 8. This includes visitors.
