Along with a full functioning kitchen you’ll also be able to play board games in the rec room, or try your hand on the four player arcade loaded with 3000 games to choose from! Come RELAX at “The Blue House”. The space “The Blue House” is located in the heart of North Central Florida. This two-story house offers a relaxing country feel in the cozy town of Live Oak, Florida. Spend your morning relaxing on the front porch swing, while listening to the sounds of birds in the tall Live Oak tree that branches out over the house. Bring or borrow a fishing pole to try your luck at catching Bass, Catfish, or a prized “Georgia Giant” Brim, in the community pond, which is shared by 3 other properties. Along with the festivities of the nearby “Spirit of the Suwannee” (15 minutes away), you can explore the many swimming springs along the historic Suwannee River. When you arrive back home, sit in your own massage chair to relax, or enjoy a fire under the stars, overlooking the pond! The yard has a fully fenced in back yard for little ones or pets. The house is also roughly 9 minutes from the First Federal Sportsplex (local rec park) with pickle ball, playgrounds, ball fields, and a fully functional SPLASH PAD! Guest access You will have access to the entire house, yard, and pond (for fishing). Downstairs, there are two bedrooms with queen size beds. Upstairs our master suite has a king size bed and full bathroom. The outdoor storage building is the only part of the property that is off limits. The front yard by the pond is completely fenced in for safety. Other things to note The back yard facing the pond has a fully enclosed fence for the safety of little ones. A pack-n-play and/or baby gate for the stairs are available upon request. If you would like to fish, I can leave a pole or two for you upon your request as well.
