PS Id 4818 The space The house is set behind a digitally-operated motorized metal driveway gate for extreme guest seclusion from the outside world. The perimeter of the home is lined in a mature ficus hedge for additional guest privacy and isolation. Guest access Guests will enjoy private access to the entire property including the putting green, pool and spa, fire pit area, and of course the entire interior of the home. Other things to note The city of Palm Springs is very strict with vacation rentals. No outdoor amplified music is allowed at any vacation rental, at any times (this includes music from a cell phone speaker). A maximum of 4 vehicles may be at the property (if you have additional vehicles they will have to park offsite and take a cab/Uber, or you can pick them up). The city allows a maximum of 8 guests overnight, 12 during the day. For summer months (May-September) we request that guests cover their electric bill. This will be done with a deposit prior to check in to. Policies: - Pool heat must be purchased if you would like to use it ($95-$125/day depending on the season). SoCal Gas recently nearly doubled the price of natural gas in the Coachella Valley area. The price I charge guests for pool heat is intended to cover the cost of heating the pool with the recent increases in natural gas prices. Thank you for understanding. It can take up to 3 days to heat the pool in the winter (guests are not responsible for paying for the days before they arrive to get the pool heated, only the days they are staying at the home), please keep this in mind if you are purchasing the day of check-in. If you'd only like the spa heated generally we can accommodate that for about $25/day -Generally we require a 3 night minimum for pool heat as the bulk of the cost is to get the water up to a warm temperature.
