We know how important a good cup of coffee is and provide a large Keurig machine and coffee pot. It has 2 large side by side refrigerators, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The breakfast bar has seating for five. Dining Hall: The dining room table has seating for ten. The long wooden table turns a simple meal into a feast, gathering family and friends for what will be something to remember. Family room: Relax by the cultured stone fireplace in our open concept family room watching your favorite show on the 75” 4K Smart TV with ample seating for the entire family. Arcade: Experience the excitement of the tournament in our climate controlled black light themed game room featuring two 65” Flat screen TVs, X-Box, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch ready docking bay, Foosball table, Air hockey, Basketball. There’s also plenty of board games for rainy days. Pool and Lanai: To complete your experience outside you will find an inviting themed covered lanai complete with pool and bubbling spa, outside dining table with chairs and sun loungers, 4K Smart TV as well as a giant chess board. Feeling the heat? Take a dive into the pool surrounded by dragons and unicorn pool floats. There are outdoor plates and glasses for the patio area. There’s also a BBQ for your use, with the first tank of propane on us, so just keep grilling! 2nd Floor: The second floor will continue to wow guests, starting with the journey upstairs. The staircase turns into a castle-like passage deeper into the imagination. Once you reach the top, you'll enter our London alley filled with shoppes, antiques and replicas. Pool heat is included at no additional charge. There is a bbq on site and the 1st tank of propane is included. There is no daily housekeeping service however additional cleaning services can be arranged for an additional fee. We provide the following for your starter kit, after that you are responsible for the replacements during your stay. Paper towels, garbage bags in each garbage can, dish soap for the dishwasher, laundry detergent pods for the washing machine, toilet paper in each bathroom, soap in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom. As per Florida state law we are not allowed to leave opened food in the refrigerator or kitchen closets. We are near many grocery stores and there is every amenity imaginable nearby.
