The modern living room is super cozy, decorated with brick walls and an enjoyable open kitchen and dining table. The flooring throughout the penthouse is made up of naturally brushed oak parquet. This apartment has great open space and natural light. Guest access Cable TV, Wifi, Fridge, Kitchen Appliances, Bathroom Appliances, Jacuzzi, Private Terrace. Other things to note Check-out: Before 11AM Quiet Hours: 22:00-9:00 We request all guests to keep our homes tidy and respect the neighbors. When leaving the house please keep doors&windows locked and all electronic devices turned off. Home Truths - There is 1 A/C in the living room, 1 A/C in the master bedroom, 1 A/C in the kitchen - There is no A/C in the 2nd bedroom (fans can be provided upon request) - 3rd floor, no elevator - Unit has a terrace with railings Penalties for Violations -Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD -A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock -Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD -A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD -Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations.
