Hill Section spacious 3bd house with pool/spa/yard

Spacious 3bd/2.5ba Private retreat in exclusive high-scaled Hill section neighborhood of Manhattan Beach. Clean contemporary European style throughout. Large rooms, front and back yards with turf, pool and jacuzzi, bbq, amazing ocean views, less than a mile from downtown and beach. Ample driveway. The space This is our primary house. We are house lovers, and have spent a great deal of time over the past few years to shape this house to our taste and needs. It comes fully loaded with everything you could wish for. While we are happy to share this space with our guests, we expect them to treat it respectfully. Guest access Guests have access to the entirety of the house, with the exception of 1 closet and the garage. Driveway is shared with ADU (small separate unit above garage). You may use up to 3 parking spaces on the west side of the driveway. We remove most personal belongings, however it remains noticeable that the house is "lived-in". Other things to note Pool is closed from the end of October to the end of March, and is not heated. (It's a shallow pool that heats up naturally with the sun if the cover is left on). The jacuzzi can be enjoyed year-round. Due to increased costs of utilities and unreasonable use by guests, utilities are now capped as follows: electricity: $370/mo - gas: $300/mo - water: $150/mo. This corresponds to a reasonable use of the facilities. It excludes heating of the pool. It includes heating and using the jacuzzi once or twice per week in summer season. Excess consumption will be charged to renters upon receipt of bills. Heating of the pool is not permitted without prior consent of the Landlord, and will incur additional charges if authorized.
