Kick back and relax on your private patio surrounding by swaying banana palms and a lime tree for your margaritas! Gas grill for evening cookouts. Wi-fi and 50" tv with netflix and hulu channels. The space 'Sea Sprite' studio is situated next to our 'Sunrise' and 'Sunset' duplex one-bedroom apartments (see separate Airbnb listings for Nature Lover's Paradise Sunrise and Sunset apartments). Sea Sprite can be booked independently or booked if you need a second bedroom for guests during your stay in 'Sunrise' or 'Sunset'. Please note that Sea Sprite is not waterfront. We have spent a lot of labor and love renovating this cute Matlacha cottage to a modern standard but wanted to maintain the 'character' of Matlacha. Guest access Sea Sprite is a studio apartment with it's own private access and private patio. There is a shared on-site laundry room with washer, dryer and iron/ironing-board for guests use. It's a short leisurely stroll to all Matlacha has to offer - or take one of our complimentary bicycles and go explore. Other things to note This is a non-smoking property. For the enjoyment of all current and future guests, we cater to non-smokers as smoking is not allowed inside or within the property line. For our guests' peace of mind, we have invested in UV-C light disinfecting units which are used at each cleaning between guest stays. Matlacha was hit by hurricane Ian in September 2022. Our property has been repaired and is rental-ready. Some items of furniture were replaced so will differ from photos. Some restaurants and stores have not re-opened, but several are open to welcome you to our island.
