Step into your private oasis at our Hidden Gem! The property has an upscale neighborhood on one side and borders a large field on the other. The home is nestled in the trees and tucked away from the neighbors, offering a quiet and relaxing retreat. The guest house comfortably sleeps up to 6. It's in the perfect location off I44 & HWY 65, placing you within 15 minutes of Hammons Field, Bass Pro, WOW, MSU, shopping, Mercy, Cox, eateries, and only 45 minutes to Branson. We can't wait to host you! The space The guest house is the perfect get-a-way! The home is equipped with all the amenities needed throughout your stay, along with a few hidden surprises. LIVING ROOM The living room has a queen-size pull-out couch and a rocking chair. The furniture is perfect for having a casual conversation, working on your laptop, or watching your favorite show/movie on the Roku-enabled TV. Do you want to be even more comfy? Sit back and relax in the giant bean bag chair! There is also a gas fireplace for those cold winter days. KITCHEN The kitchen is fully stocked with an oven, glass-top stove, microwave, full refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cooking basics. Guests can help themselves to coffee from the Keurig or coffee pot. Make sure to check out the refrigerator, too, for some hidden treasures! The dining table and 4 chairs are in the living room in an open-concept layout. MASTER BEDROOM The master bedroom has a queen-size bed. You can watch a movie in bed from the TV (equipped with Roku). There is also a desk in case you want a more formal, quiet space away from the rest of your group, if you need to work. The master bedroom has a multi-port charging unit where guests can charge up to 6 devices at once, compatible with apple and android products. Attached to the master bedroom is your own walk-in closet. In the closet you'll find ample storage space and some classic games to play with your guests. SECOND BEDROOM In this room are two twin-sized beds and another Roku-equipped TV. This is a perfect room for kids or adults! There's also great storage space here, as well as a multi-port charging station for apple and android devices. INFANTS/TODDLERS The cabin has a few must-haves for your little ones! In the master closet you'll find a pack n play and a booster seat for feeding (booster has a removable tray so it accommodates both infants and toddlers). Children's dinnerware is also provided in the kitchen. WASHER/DRYER Do you need to do laundry? We've got you covered! Guests are welcome to use the in-house, full size washer/dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided. OUTSIDE This house has two large porches. The front and back porches both have plenty of seating areas, great for coffee, conversation, reading, or work. There is a grill for those that like to BBQ. If you want to relax, take a nap on the hammock in the shade, or cozy up to the fire pit. Or, if you prefer some friendly competition, play ladder golf with your guests in the designated front or back yards of the guest house. PARKING Parking is available for three vehicles. The designated parking spots are conveniently located right next to the guest house. Additional vehicles may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. EV CHARGING A level 2 Tesla charger is conveniently located at the designated guest parking spot. During their stay, guests can enjoy free, unlimited EV charging. KEYLESS ENTRY Guests may enter the home through a keypad. For security purposes, the entry code is personalized for each new guest. EARLY CHECK-INS Early check-ins may be permitted on a case-by-case basis, depending on other bookings and the cleaning crew's schedules. Please contact the host if you would like to request an early check-in. Check-out extensions cannot be granted; we need to ensure the cleaning crew has adequate time to prepare for the next guests. PRIVACY FROM MAIN HOME The Hidden Gem is a guest house that SHARES THE SAME PROPERTY WITH THE HOST'S PRIMARY RESIDENCE. The guest house shares the driveway with the primary home but is a COMPLETELY SEPERATE HOME with its own small yard. The guest house is also situated in a way that supports plenty of PRIVACY FROM THE HOSTS HOME and the surrounding neighbors. While the homes share the same property, they are completely separate structures. The guest house also has its own designated front and back yards, separate from the primary residence. Free parking is available on site for three guest vehicles. Please note that pets, smoking/vaping, parties, and extra guests are not allowed.
