A fine of $250 per night will be enforced for any violations of this policy. You are more then welcome to on the front porch or the back porch. Unauthorized parties or events are not permitted on the premises. Any such activities will result in immediate cancellation of the booking without a refund, and a $1,000 fine will be imposed. Please be mindful that there are neighbors on the side of the home. Please be sure to respect the designated quiet hours Monday- Thursday 11pm to 7am. Friday-Sunday 12am-7am. There is free street parking located in front of the home and a one onsite private parking spot in the rear of the home.
