"Love Beach" is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bathroom luxury ocean front home with elevated pool, full gourmet kitchen, furnishings imported from Bali, and large decks overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Private beach stairs takes you down to the white soft beach. There are 4 separate cabana buildings surrounding the main cottage that house the 5 bedroom suites. All suites have their own private entrance, deck and ocean views. Enjoy a top luxury property at one of the most beautiful beaches in Bahamas. The space In the main cottage you will find the spacious living area with a very well equipped gourmet kitchen and large dining area where you can 8 people sit comfortably. There is a powder room in the main cottage as well. Adjacent to the main cottage you'll find 4 cottages comprising 5 en-suite bedrooms each with private entrances and ocean views. The level of privacy is perfect for up to 5 couples or 2 families with children. Four of the 5 bedrooms are equipped with a desk/table, TV, lots of closet space with a safe (2 with safe). All have a private porch overlooking the ocean and Starlink internet. The 5th bedroom is a versatile space with stunning oceanfront views that can be configured as a private fitness studio—featuring a Pilates reformer, dumbbells, bands, and yoga mats or configured as bedroom with a queen Murphy bed. Guests must select their preferred setup prior to arrival. Wake up in the mornings and feel the breeze from the ocean through the open doors. Have a coffee on the private porch overlooking your pool and Atlantic Ocean, while you go online and check the latest news and emails. The large deck on the Ocean side of the house is centered around the pool and comes with 4 over-sized lounge chairs, a bar area with stools, and a stunning sunken lounge complete with fire table and outdoor kitchen, including propane barbecue, that overlooks the ocean. The living room opens up with sliding doors all around, with 3 doors facing the ocean and the large deck area. You'll probably be living as much outside as inside. Air conditioning units keep the house nice and cool while you are basking on the beach and in the sun. Large outdoor fans will cool you off while you are outside on the porch, when there is no wind. The pool has a heater and heating is made available in the months of October through April for a fee of $60/day (electricity in Bahamas is very expensive). Groceries and Supplies Stock up before heading to Guana Cay at these Marsh Harbour locations: • Maxwell’s – Extensive grocery options, including gourmet items. • Jimmy’s – Wide variety of liquors and wines. Alternatively, shop directly on Guana Cay: • Fig Tree Grocery Store – Conveniently located with essential grocery items. • Front Street Liquors – Offering a range of wines and spirits.
