For your convenience, we've provided essential kitchen staples like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, and cooking oil. The space The lower level encompasses a cozy and convenient space, combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Despite its compact size, this area is thoughtfully designed for functionality. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential amenities. Additionally, there is a private bedroom downstairs with an attached bathroom. It's worth noting that the shower in the downstairs bathroom is relatively compact. While we suggest utilizing the shower upstairs for a more comfortable experience, the option of using the downstairs shower is available for those who don't mind the smaller space. In the second floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms and a full bathroom. Guest access Our property is an apartment complex, and street parking is available if space permits. Additionally, the parking garage situated at the rear of the building is accessible to you. Vehicles longer than 18 feet will have to park in the street. While street parking is open for use when vacant, it's important to note that availability may be restricted during late afternoon and evening hours due to potential demand. We appreciate your understanding. Feel free to utilize the pool, keeping in mind that you do so at your own discretion and risk. The Homeowners Association (HOA) is tasked with pool maintenance; however, we cannot assure the quality of their maintenance efforts. Other things to note 1. The Homeowners Association (HOA) is tasked with pool maintenance; however, we cannot assure the quality of their maintenance efforts. The pool is currently not available. The HOA notified us that it will be under construction between December 2023 and January 2024. It will be available again in February or March 2024. 3. Kindly note that our apartment complex is diligently maintained to ensure cleanliness and minimize pests. While we make every effort to keep the premises pest-free, it has been brought to our attention that a few guests have noticed insects originating from neighboring apartments. Additionally, outdoor insects might find their way indoors. To address this, we have a routine pest control service in place to uphold a hygienic environment for your comfort. We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining the integrity of our efforts by keeping all entry doors securely closed. A recent guest reported a sighting of a cockroach in the apartment. Following this, we promptly engaged our regular pest control company, who confirmed that there's no infestation issue and they did not find any cockroaches. Nonetheless, they took immediate action to address the concern. It's possible that a few cockroaches may have been brought in by a previous guest or entered from outside. Discovering deceased cockroaches is a normal part of the treatment process, and please rest assured that the issue has been resolved. If you're uncomfortable with this situation, we recommend refraining from booking this apartment for the time being. However, should you choose to proceed with the reservation, please understand that refunds will not be provided for this specific reason. 4. AMS Paving will be resealing and restriping the streets within the Homeowners Association on Wednesday, April 17th, and Thursday, April 18th 2024. The streets will be closed to vehicle traffic from 7:00 A.M. that morning until 7:00 A.M. the following morning. Please have your vehicle moved by 7:00 A.M. that morning to outside the complex. If your vehicle is not moved outside the closed area by 7:00 A.M., it will be towed at the owner’s expense. If you are not going to use your vehicle during that period then you can park your vehicle in your garage, but keep in mind that it cannot be moved for that full period.
