Just a short walk away from miles of award-winning beaches, this colorful two-bedroom and two-bathroom condo is nicely renovated and comfortable. Dogs are considered but must be approved by management as there are restrictions. Guests must agree to certain terms and the required pet fee is $150 (plus 12% tax.) The space When not lounging beside the seashore, cooling off in one of the three crisp, clean Beach Wood pools, or bird watching from the balcony, guests will enjoy the condo’s homey, updated furnishings and well-equipped kitchen. The plush accommodations include a King Bed and Full Bath in the Main Bedroom, and a two Full Beds in the Guest Bedroom, with a Full Bath right next door. The laundry room set off the kitchen makes it easy for running loads of linens. Enjoy excellent shopping and dining opportunities nearby or in the historic downtown of Fernandina Beach, just a 20-minute drive north! The AIP is a beloved 1,340-acre paradise that is surrounded by maritime forests, tidal salt marshes and pristine, sandy beaches. Dining, shopping, and spa services are offered at the Omni Amelia Island Resort, located within the AIP. Conveniently located to the resort shopping village, restaurants, and spa, 2017 Beach Wood is also closely situated to the actual Omni hotel for business travelers attending conferences. Avid golf players can schedule tee times at the Little Sandy course on the resort and pickleball fanatics will enjoy the courts on the marshside in Drummond Point Park. Free high-speed Wifi is provided and there are flat screen TVs in the Living Room and Main Bedroom. Clean bed linens and bath towels are provided with all Destination Amelia rentals. Bike and golf cart rentals are provided by many vendors and our team would be happy to make recommendations. Tour operators on island offer kayak excursions, sailing trips, boat rides, paddle board lessons, deep sea fishing, and more. As part of this rental, a custom digital guidebook is provided with thorough property information and our local area guide sharing favorite restaurants, attractions, and more! Excitingly, our guests are also eligible to receive a 15% discount on beach gear rentals. It’s important to note that only dogs are considered and they must be approved by management. There are size and breed restrictions, and guests must agree to certain terms and conditions. A $150 nonrefundable pet fee per dog will be required and guests must sign the pet agreement. If the pet fee is not automatically applied at booking, it will be after the reservation is created. Note that dogs must be current on all vaccinations, be house broken, be spayed or neutered, and must be sociable with people and other dogs. No cats or other pets will be considered. Please be advised this private property is not a rental through the Omni Amelia Island Resort and does not give you access to "resort privileges or amenities” (i.e. the main Omni hotel pool, fitness center or shuttle service), and Racquet Park is limited only to club members and their guests.
