You'll have access to 3 outdoor swimming pools in the resort from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Bring family and friends to our newly constructed cabin located in the Cobbly Nob Community and take in the fresh Great Smoky Mountain National Park air as you gaze upon the mountain landscape from the decks of Diamond in the Bluff with our wall of windows framing the beautiful mountain scenery and the amazing views. Our bright and inviting cabin is equipped with state of the art appliances and a fully equipped kitchen to make and serve meals for the entire family. - We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more. - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control - Fireplace should not be on from April 1st thru October 1st, as every cabin in the area. - Do not leave the fireplace to burn unattended - You will likely see and hear critters - Bears are dangerous! - Quality linens and towels to make a memorable experience Do NOT leave any kids or dogs outside unattended! Pets: Only well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome, sorry no cats allowed. There is a non-refundable fee of $150 for each pet registered to stay during your reservation. We do ask that guests - clean and pick up after their pets while on the property and do not leave your pet unattended for extended periods of time. Please crate them when left alone. The cabin has one metal foldable crate for you to use. No dogs are allowed on the furniture! If you bring your pet you are also assuming full responsibility for them and any damage they may cause. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if your pet is destructive and if there is evidence of them being on the furniture. Failure to register your pet is a violation of our house rules and subject to termination of the reservation without refund and a $300 fine. The risk of last minute cancellations will be the responsibility of the guest. Our cabin is located at top of the Cobbly Nob community with our very private driveway and spectacular views of the Smokies Guest Access: You will receive a door code before checking in and will have the entire cabin for your enjoyment. We self manage our cabin and take pride and ownership of everything about our home, please treat it with respect!
