Welcome to Vista Viola, located in the beautiful city of Lake Arrowhead, California. With an open floor plan this home is perfect for those who want to spend quality time together. With two living rooms kids can enjoy play time in one, while adults enjoy happy hour in the other. This house will complement those who like the quiet sounds of the mountain. The space - A cozy rustic meets industrial home with three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, and a spacious loft. - Match the mood of the quiet and quaint neighborhood. - Enjoy family time around the updated open concept kitchen with luxury appliances you'll love to cook in. - Escape the city and get some zen and fresh mountain air on an elevated deck amongst the trees. Grill in serenity on the deck. - Great for small family and friend gatherings. - Two living rooms with big screen tv's will allow kids to play in one while adults enjoy happy hour in the other. - Keep warm by the wood burning fire place in those cold snowy winter nights. -Simply unwind and do nothing. - Have an Electric Vehicle? No problem! We have an EV charger! - We are pet friendly (there will be an additional cleaning fee) *Lake Arrowhead is a private lake. My guests are now allowed to access it. Please let me know if you would like more details on how to access the lake. Please keep our lake clean and pick up after yourselves. *Occupancy 6, sleeps 10. *no third party bookings. The person booking must be there during stay. You may now purchase a $10 wristband at the lake office to have access to some areas of the private lake. Living Rooms -Two living room- one located upstairs while the other downstairs. Downstairs living room has a low modular couch. -Both with large tv’s 55” and 65” with Roku’s. Kitchen - Open concept kitchen that ties into the living room. - Luxury appliances. - Fully equipped kitchen. Bathrooms/ Laundry - Two full bathrooms upstairs. - 1/2 bathroom downstairs with laundry. - Fully equipped. Bedroom 1 - Two full sized Tempurpedic beds. - One medium sized tv with Roku/Amazon fire stick. Bedroom 2 - Two twin sized beds with memory foam mattress. - One full sized bed with tempurpedic mattress. - One big screen tv with Roku/Amazon. Masters Bedroom - One king sized bed. - Large smart tv. - attached to a bathroom. - has a private balcony with two chairs and a small table. Balcony - my favorite area as it nestled amongst the trees with a beautiful view. - has 4 seating areas. - table for 8 guests. - gas bbq attached. Parking - three cars during the snow season. - four cars with no snow. - EV charger available. Guest access During the your stay the house will be all yours. There will only be a a couple closets with our personal belongs that will be locked. Other things to note The Lake is private. My guests are allowed, please let me know if you would like more details on how to access it. This is a quiet neighborhood. No parties allowed. Max Occupancy is 6. Please let me know if you need more accommodation. Our cleaners do their best to clean the house in between guests. This house is pet friendly. Doggy rules - no dogs on furniture. - must pick up and dispose of all poop in the yard. -All dogs must be on a leash while outside in the street. Please always watch your dogs when outside. We are in a forest area so there are bigger animals around. Also please make sure the two side fences are closed before you let them out. I have a ChargePoint charger.
