The space Our home has four bedrooms, 3.5 bath, Livingroom, dinning room, kitchen, and a bar area leading in to the outdoor fireplace, pool and hot tub. Guest access Guests will receive a four digit code prior to arrival for access during their stay. Other things to note All pets must be approved prior to arrival. If you would like to bring a dog, you must add it to the reservation under the # of guests section upon booking. One dog is allowed per reservation under 25 pounds that is trained. We do not allow cats at this time. Please abide by our pet rules. Ticks/bugs are a regular part of Upstate NY. Tick prevention sprays for yards are very toxic to animals and pets, so we do not use them. Please be mindful of checking yourself when spending time outside. The bugs fly and crawl in naturally so please ensure you are keeping doors closed and when opening windows, only opening windows that have screens to them.
