The space Located directly across the street from "The Keystone Safari," you will drive back a 400-yard right of way to reach the house. The driveway provides ample parking, ensuring plenty of space for all guests. As you enter the front door, a stunning custom Amish Oak hardwood staircase greets you, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. Just steps ahead, you’ll find yourself surrounded by beautiful amenities. The living room features a breathtaking brick fireplace that extends from the floor to the ceiling, accentuated by warm lighting shining down from the 16-foot vaulted ceiling. The room’s wood beams and tongue-and-groove stained pine ceiling create an inviting country ambiance. A wall of windows overlooks the tranquil marsh, offering picturesque views that perfectly complement the home’s tastefully displayed waterfowl décor. Above the fireplace, a new 70-inch flat-screen TV is equipped with YouTube TV, live TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Roku, ensuring endless entertainment for your stay. The master suite is a haven of relaxation. A king-size bed positioned under an overhead skylight lets you drift off beneath the stars. Enjoy morning coffee or a quiet read in the cozy sitting area, where you might spot buffalo or reindeer in the distance, or hear the whimsical calls of the safari’s donkeys. The master bath elevates luxury with a soaking tub, marsh views, and a skylight for stargazing. Amenities like aromatherapy oils, a towel warmer, and privacy blinds ensure a spa-like experience. The main level also features a second bedroom with a queen bed and large windows overlooking the safari, as well as a charming half bath. In the kitchen and dining area, natural light pours in through expansive glass doors, windows, and a skylight. This Amish-designed kitchen is a chef’s dream, with exquisite handmade cabinets, white granite countertops, and a contrasting black granite island. A designated coffee bar with a Keurig accommodates both single cups and full pots, making mornings a delight. The second level offers two additional bedrooms with queen beds, individual climate controls, and skylights for a celestial touch. Guest access Located close to the intersection of interstates 79 & 80 and almost directly between Erie and Pittsburgh you will find Mallards Landing (Grove City). Take exit 113 off I 79. Proceed east on Rt. 208 for 2/10 of a mile. Turn right at the (Red Light) intersection of Rt258. Proceed south on 258 for 2 miles and our driveway is on the left, past the Keystone Safari sign- the driveway is on the left at the top of the knoll (our mailbox has two red reflectors and a green arrow on it). Our driveway is very long and can be rough depending on the weather. The driveway is solid, with a low area that can be wet at times. A Truck, SUV, or any all-wheel drive vehicle is best, a car could have problems during times of heavy precipitation. There is ample parking on sight. Other things to note You must be 25 years of age or older to book a reservation. We have a STRICT 8 guest limit due to the septic and hot water tank size and Airbnb insurance. Guests have full access to the two main levels of the home. Home use is for the up to 8 registered guests. No additional guests permitted over the registered amount. Additional charge of $300 per guest per night for any guests over the 8 using the house. If you have concerns about guest numbers, please consult with us in writing on the Airbnb platform to discuss. The basement contains a separate standalone in-law suite under construction with independent ingress and egress that could be used by the owner from time to time.
