Spacious 60 sqm apartment for 4 or 6 people, with two bedrooms. Ground floor with garden. Located facing the lake a few meters from the water. The apartment is part of a Holiday Village where there are: swimming pool, restaurant, bar, pizzeria, supermarket, windsurfing school (July and August). The space Overlooking Lake Idro, the apartment is located inside the Tre Capitelli Village, which is surrounded by a green park whose natural terraces gently descend towards the beach, giving the apartments a magnificent view of the lake. The village is the ideal vacation for families and sports enthusiasts in contact with nature. Guest access The Tre Capitelli Village has internal services such as: tennis, table tennis, volleyball court, restaurant, market. From mid-June until early September also: windsurfing school, windsurfing rentals, sailboats, pedal boats and canoes. Other things to note The place has no sheets, towels, and toilet paper. The sheets can be rented at a cost of €15 per person by booking them before your arrival or you can bring your own from home. Bath and kitchen linen must be brought from home. Upon arrival we provide a roll of toilet paper. If you bring the sheets from home, we remind you that the room with the double bed has a double duvet (not two single duvets). Mattress size: single 190 x 80, double 190 x 160. Duvet size: single 200 x 150, double 200 x 250. The expense not included in the price is the accommodation tax for those over 13 years of age.
