The space is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and stylish home base. As a guest, you'll have exclusive access to the entire downstairs unit of our duplex. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities this space has to offer, including the backyard. The building has a private driveway for parking. Please note that the upstairs unit may also be hosting other Airbnb guests and could potentially share the driveway. Our driveway, shared with upstairs Airbnb gurests, can hold up to three cars side by side, or five cars in total. Please respect the grass and stay on the gravel driveway. There is also free street parking available. However, please note that Ubers in Ithaca can be limited, and there have been situations where they are not available at all. If you plan on using rideshare services during your stay, we recommend planning ahead and being prepared for potential wait times.
