Set amongst the trees, this private lakefront home has decks and massive windows that provide amazing views of the lake. The master bedroom is a dreamy oasis with lake views, fireplace and jetted tub. In addition we have a guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom plus our fun cozy bunk room gives kids their own space. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that is perfectly situated adjacent to the living room, dining room and deck area making a great space for entertaining. In addition to the home’s two decks, there is lakefront access that includes your own private dock, water toys, a sitting and lounging space. The location is perfect – private and peaceful yet close enough to town to enjoy all that downtown Coeur d’Alene has to offer. Bed Configuration: Main Bedroom - King Bed (Upper Level) 2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Upper Level) Bunk Room - 4 Twin Beds (Main Level) Sleeper sofa - Living room Please note there is no space on the property to park boat trailers or other trailers, and there is no access from the home to launch a boat. Please also note the last 0.5 mile to the house is on a fairly steep gravel road, we recommend front or all wheel drive vehicles with normal to higher clearance. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
