Guest access Enjoy exclusive access to the entire home and private dock throughout your stay. Other things to note We want your stay to be as relaxing and enjoyable as possible! A few things to know before booking: Lakefront Access: The home and dock sit directly over the water — please use caution with children and non-swimmers. Boat Slips: Two slips are available for guest use. Please message us in advance if you plan to bring a boat. Dock Amenities: The dock includes a full kitchen, bathroom, and TV — perfect for lake days without heading inside. Parking: Ample parking is available for vehicles and trailers. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and enjoy the peaceful lake setting between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. Wildlife: You may see turtles, fish, or the occasional heron — it’s all part of lake life! Events: Small gatherings are welcome, but large parties require prior approval. Wi-Fi & Streaming: High-speed internet and satellite TV are available. But it is Satellite and very spotty. Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 3 p.m., check-out at 10 a.m. (We’ll accommodate early/late requests when possible.)
