The space The Wexford Hideaway is the perfect place to unwind and escape after a day of hiking, fishing, and exploring all that North Georgia has to offer. When you walk in the front door of our 2 bedroom/2.5 bathroom cabin, you are greeted with a two story living room and wood burning fireplace. Relax on the couch while streaming your favorite show, or curl up in one of our sitting areas with a good book. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic cooking essentials. The dining area seats 6 guests comfortably for a home cooked meal while overlooking the private backyard. You will find the master bedroom on the main level with a king size Casper mattress and attached bathroom. Also on the main level is a half bathroom with a washer and dryer. Head upstairs to the loft where we have a desk for your remote work needs. The loft also has a twin size trundle bed where you can sleep two additional guests. The upstairs bedroom consists of a queen size bed and an air conditioner unit for those warm summer months. There is a full bathroom upstairs and plenty of towels. This cabin sleep 6 comfortably and enough linens are provided for this many guests. Please note that two of the beds are a trundle twin bed in the open loft. The loft can get warm in the summer months. Relax on the screened in porch or spend time with friends and family around the fire pit. The backyard is fenced in so you can relax while your pups explore. Guest access You will have access to our entire house. There is an owners closet on the main level that will remain locked. Please note that there is no public lake access from the road. Other things to note Note: We do not supply cable TV – there is access to streaming services via a smart TV, so please bring your own USER NAME & PASSWORDS. Our cabin is equipped with high-speed wireless internet which you are free to connect to with any of your devices. -Inside fireplace can only be used from October-April. Please only use it if you are comfortable operating a wood burning fireplace. Do not run fireplace and AC at the same time. -Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside or near the house. -2 dogs are allowed and pet fee must be paid at time of booking. Please keep pets off of all furniture and beds. Any pet damage will be the responsibility of the guest and fees will be assessed by the owner. More than two dogs is considered on a case by case basis and additional fees will be applied.
