Our cabin is tucked away in a quiet street but still close to town. Designed for small groups & families looking for a quiet · relaxing getaway. Failure to abide by these listed check-in and check-out times will result in a $50 fine for every 30 minute violation before or after the times provided. Other things to note ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON THE PROPERTY (INSIDE THE HOME OR ON GROUNDS) cigarette, marijuana, e-cigarette, vaping, hookah, etc. If there is any indication of Illegal Drugs or smoking inside or outside our home, there will be an additional $500 penalty fee added. No unregistered guests or pets No parties or gatherings No food or drinks in the bedrooms Quiet hours are between 9:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Parking for 2 vehicles. Please note the driveway is steep. Failure to follow these rules will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Pets are welcomed. Please contact us for the special request. Additional charge of $100 per pet up to 3 nights. For 4 nights or longer, additional $25 per pet, per night. Please keep pet(s) off all furniture and bedding. Please clean up after your pet. There will be an additional charge for cleaning of any pet hair or waste left behind assessed by our cleaning crew. Guests are not authorized to have any mail or packages delivered here. We will not be held responsible for retrieving or delivering it to you. We will not be held responsible for any personal belongings left behind.
