You will love the chalet for : ✷ Its near access to the beach inside our private domain ✷ Its location near all the popular attractions in Lanaudiere ✷ Its covered hot tub open all year round ✷ Its terrace ✷ Its large land ✷Its EV charger(Level 2) We accept dogs. 🚫No Check-in/Check-out on: -Saturdays -Dec 25th & Jan 1st The space *You'll have everything you need to be entertained and relaxed at our place, with room for friends, family, and furry family members at Chalet L'Enchanteur. *Chalet L'Enchanteur offers you an access to a magnificent sandy beach, shared with our others chalets inside our private domain, just on the edge of a river. From the chalet, you will have to walk for a few minutes to access the river. Our place is perfect for families and invites to enjoy the surrounding nature with all the trails on our large land. *Our chalet offers 3 closed bedrooms, a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room to accommodate up to 8 people. *Travel with your dog and walk on our grounds. If you like adventures, grab one of our kayaks and paddle to Saint-Jean-de-Matha. *Enjoy our covered 4-season hot tub or have a campfire to end your day. Guest access ✦ You will have access to the entire chalet and its outdoor spaces, with the exception of the storage spaces. Please note that the water access and paths are shared with the other three chalets on our domaine Other things to note *SOUND DEVICE & CAMERAS* It is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. In addition to a security camera outside (only) pointing towards the parking lot and the entrance to the chalet, there is an excessive noise detection device inside and outside the chalet to warn us if the noise reaches too high a decibel level. We define excessive noise as music or any other sound that our neighbors may hear that interferes with their enjoyment of the premises. The noise detector does not record audio. *TV* We have a smart TV (no traditional cable), allowing you to log into your own streaming accounts and enjoy your favorite content. **PETS** One small/medium size dog per chalet might be allowed after approval. A $100 pet fee + fees applies. A 500$ deposit may be applicable as well. We will ask for more details about your dog (size) before approving. *BATHROOMS* **Make sure not to throw any baby wipes, condoms, tampons or others in the toilet, it will block our septic system which will stop functioning. A $1500 extra fee will be charged if there is any misuse that results in damages. Trash cans are located in each bathrooms to dispose of those. *WATER ACCESS + EMBARCATIONS* Available May 15th-October 15th *OUTSIDE FIRE PIT* The fire pit is available from May 1st to November 15th. NO EXCEPTIONS *WIFI* Please note that we do our best to provide a strong Internet speed. However, as our chalet is located in a rural area, it might happen that the network is not as stable as a provider located in a big city. **Please note that you may see small insects during your stay, when seasons are changing, because our chalet is located in a rural environment and it is impossible for us to control all the wildlife that surrounds it** Registration details Quebec – Registration number 219052, expires: 2026-05-31
